Hello Everyone,
Well from the salutation you can gather that I am an anglophile!
I hope you find the thoughts expressed here candid and stimulating. I will be as frank as possible with my view on the subject of which I know a bit which happens to be ICT, and just as frank on the subjects that I know not of but have formed an opinion based on local experiences, local periodical review and of course my own sentiment.
So this is about me, technology, Africa and more specifically perhaps, Southern Africa in particular as it represents the area where I reside - the ups and downs, the ins and outs and the view from Joe-concerned-resident.
I will try to update as often as possible to give a view on current issues, trends and pressing issues in this corner of the woods ( or shrubland to be more precise).
